We use Australia Post services for deliveries Australia wide. Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) each working day will be shipped the following business day with delivery generally 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

If your item is an incorrect fit & you would like to exchange it for another size, simply return it to us following the procedure outlined below within 14 days of receipt - in the condition that you received it (not worn or used and including all tags and packaging, together with invoice/proof of purchase)
If for any reason you would like to exchange a product, please follow the simple instructions below:
· Please include a note with your name, phone number, address & the size you would like to exchange for. Please place the note, your receipt & aPRE-PAIDpostal bag in with the original item and return it to the address below.
· Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached (unless faulty).
· For security and peace of mind we strongly suggest that you use insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
· We will be responsible for all freight charges for returns of faulty goods. In any other situation the customer is responsible for all related freight charges.
Returns that do not follow the above procedures will not be accepted.
